Profile: Limpopo International Band

Hailed as one of the best bands in Africa, limpopo was started in 1992, the founder member Musa Juma realized the name Limpopo from the river Limpopo kindly flowing its water in Sweden. The band has gone through a lot by even some years surviving through productions but, thanks God it has survived critics and difficulties.

The band is now well established and is eyeing further developments among others remarkable facilities to enable further delicious productions. Limpopo has staged shows in east Africa and is making a healthy stride by casting its eyes for further a field, currently based in Nairobi Kenya, music loves are invited to experience a unique musical concept that is different from any other musical group. Highlights on the Limpopo albums include the latest 2006 dvd popularly known as macelina which currently rocked media stations both locally and internationally online and in states. The reworked video contains great songs like Aggrey, Fiancé, Auma and Siaya Kababa, which highlights the vocal abilities of the group. Limpopo s first album was realized in 1990, this include popular tracks like, Hera Mudho, Marcelina, Ufisadi and Hera Mwandu respectively.

Limpopo currently boasts of ten band members including stage show ladies one of the biggest assemblies in Africa. This cosmopolitan band is capable of performing in various languages, thanks to their state-of-art Musical equipments;
